We completed the Jablonski Residence, Maitland today. A new home by Michael Charles Homes and Wolfe-Rizor Design being turned over to owners next week.

Another flood job! Last week we completed the Todd residence in Fairview Shores Orlando. We demoed existing water damaged engineered wood floor and installed homeowner supplied tile.

We completed 1255 E Fullers Cross Rd for CAM Contracting a few weeks ago. 24x48 throughout the main area floors with patterned 8x8 in laundry. Penny round mosaic on kitchen and wetbar backsplashes. Master bath has a combination of 24x48 and 48x48 wall tile with hexagon mosaic floors. Pool bath has 3x8 wall tile with hexagon mosaic on shower floor and 12x24 on the floors. Guest suite is 24x48 slate wall tile with hexagon mosaic on shower floor and 8x24 slate on bathroom floor.

This week we returned to Holiday Inn, LPGA Daytona Beach to install vinyl base and some tile at the fireplace. We return monday to do a small section of demo and tile installation in front of elevators. The following week we will return to start the second half of the lobby.

This week we completed the Lynn residence in Oak Ridge Orlando. We supplied and installed Global GEM Carolina Coastal Seagrove LVP. This customer was another flood victim of hurricane Ian. Their house required extensive slab prep. We used 11 bags of Planipatch to correct major dips and sloping throughout the house. We supplied and installed all new baseboards and door casings in the affected areas. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of furniture to shuffle around as we worked preventing us from taking completed photos.
