Medical & Dental Office Electrcian.

We are looking for an experienced commercial electrician to assist with tenant improvement (TI) projects for medical and dental offices.

Responsibilities:

Install and modify electrical systems, wiring, lighting, outlets, and dedicated circuits.

Work from construction plans and electrical drawings.

Coordinate with general contractors and other trades.

Follow applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and project schedules.

Experience with medical and dental office build-outs is a plus.

Qualifications:

Commercial electrical experience required.

Valid California electrician certification or applicable credentials preferred.

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Experience with tenant improvements and working in occupied commercial buildings is a plus.
