❄️ Behind the Scenes: Making Our Salt Brine

Winter weather is coming, and that means our team is hard at work prepping one of our most important tools for safe, efficient snow and ice management — salt brine.

This week, our crew has been busy mixing, testing, and stocking our brine tanks to make sure we’re fully prepared for the first snow event. Brine helps us:

✔️ Reduce ice bond to pavement
✔️ Use less salt (better for the environment!)
✔️ Respond faster during storms
✔️ Keep properties safer, sooner

We take pride in being ready long before the flakes start falling — and our team’s hard work behind the scenes makes all the difference.

💛 Grateful for Our Team! 🦃✨
Today we celebrated Thanksgiving a little early with our Employee Appreciation Event — and what a day it was!

From a delicious lunch to some seriously competitive team-building games (including the challenge to build the tallest free-standing tower 🏗️😂), our team showed up with creativity, teamwork, and lots of laughs.

We also had the honor of recognizing years of service with certificates and some well-deserved swag. Watching our team cheer each other on was the highlight of the day — proof that the people behind Brian-Kyles truly make the difference.

We’re grateful for every one of our employees, for their hard work, dedication, and the heart they bring to our customers and each other every single day.
