Not all heroes wear capes… some carry sewer cameras and retrieval tools!

When a homeowner accidentally flushed her diamond wedding ring down the toilet, panic quickly set in. This wasn’t just any piece of jewelry—it was a cherished symbol of love and memories.

🚨 Yard Drain Not Draining? Here’s Why a Camera Inspection Matters.

Our team was called out for a yard drain that wasn’t flowing properly. After hydro jetting the line, we discovered multiple issues hiding underground:

🌳 Tree roots had broken through the drain line, causing significant damage.
🔧 A section of the pipe had completely failed and needed replacement.
🎾 And believe it or not—we even found a blue rubber ball stuck in the drainage system!

After excavating the damaged section, we replaced the broken pipe, restored proper drainage, and patched the concrete to leave the area looking great again.

Problems underground aren’t always visible from the surface. If you’re noticing standing water, slow drainage, or recurring backups, a professional inspection can uncover the real cause before it turns into a bigger repair.
