The combination of a new pool, spa, 4K patio cover and outdoor kitchen makes this yard a party waiting to happen.

Once the portion of the old pool was removed, it was straightforward to build a new pool and spa. The old gazebo came down and a new 4K patio cover with roof mount created a wonderful space of for dining cooking.

The Challenge
The client knew there was once a pool and spa in the backyard. Exact location and condition was unknown.

The Solution
Start digging and see what we find. The old pool ended up half way into the new pool area. It took two days with a concrete breaker on an excavation boom to break it up and remove.
