A complete transformation from the ground up.

This 2,600 sq. ft. residence was fully reimagined—taken down to minimal framing and thoughtfully rebuilt with every detail in mind. The home now features a light-filled, open-concept layout with three expansive primary suites, three full bathrooms, a powder room, and a dedicated laundry room.

The original garage was converted into a fully functional ADU/guest house, seamlessly expanding the home’s living potential. All major systems were replaced, including a new roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and flooring—bringing modern performance to a timeless aesthetic. At the heart of the home, a chef’s kitchen showcases custom cabinetry and an oversized 10’ x 5’ island designed for both function and gathering.

Each bathroom is finished with custom vanities and tailored showers, while sliding pocket doors in the living area and primary suite create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection to the backyard. Elevated ceilings, bespoke shelving, and refined millwork complete the space with warmth and intention.
