KBK Partners – Client Terms & Payment Policy

1. General Information
KBK Partners provides bookkeeping, tax, payroll and administrative support services in Ireland
By using our services, the client agrees to the terms below.
2. Payments
All invoices must be paid by the agreed due date.
Monthly services must be paid monthly, even if documents have not yet been provided by the client.
Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.
Payment reminders may be issued for overdue invoices.
Failure to pay for services provided may result in legal action.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
providing accurate and complete information,
sending documents on time,
informing us about changes related to employment, business activity, Revenue or company details,
checking correspondence received from Revenue.
KBK Partners is not responsible for penalties or delays caused by missing or late documents from the client.
4. Communication
We aim to respond to messages as quickly as possible during business hours.
Respectful communication is expected from both sides.
Abuse, threats or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of services.
5. Revenue & Tax Deadlines
Clients are responsible for cooperating with requested deadlines.
Failure to provide documents on time may affect submissions to Revenue.
6. Ending Cooperation
Either side may end cooperation after informing the other party.
Outstanding balances must be paid before documents or transfers are released.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and documentation are handled confidentially and used only for accounting and administrative purposes.
8. Acceptance
Using our services confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
