I remember when I started. I was using my pick up to carry all my tools and material and I remember seen all those contractors on his nice construction trucks with logos and racks all over doing advertising of their company and I told me self. One day I will have my own company trucks with name of my business. I told my self to be patient and work hard. Today I can see my company trucks rolling into the job sites and that makes me feel proud. I’m still using my pick up everyday 😂.
But want I want to said it’s that. Don’t give up. Keep working hard and looking for those opportunities. Keep knocking at door because you don’t know when they’re going to open.
On this job (Gloria) I was hired for the pool subcontractor to do some outlets around the pool and god was with me that I met the GC. I introduced my self with him and by the afternoon he sent me the full set of plans to bid this projects. 7,200 sq/fr custom home. My biggest at the moment.
Luckily I won the bid. Did that house for him and since then. He has giving me all his projects.
Don’t give up and follow your dreams every day!
