Eric Rosen Architects is hiring!
We are seeking a Junior/ Intermediate Designer with a strong work ethic who is creative, self-motivated, highly organized, personable, and can communicate clearly. The ideal candidate would have a minimum 2 years of working experience in an architectural office with experience in design, drawings and the construction process. However, more important than years of experience is a candidate's eagerness to learn, grow, participate and contribute to the office.
Other important qualifications would be:
• Ability to work harmoniously in a small, collaborative team-oriented environment.
• Curiosity in their approach and an interest in growing with our team.
• Proficiency in CAD drafting (preferably Vectorworks), 3D rendering skills (preferably including Sketchup).
• A professional degree, either BArch or MArch.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Current residency in the Los Angeles area.
• Car & Driver’s License.
Compensation will be commensurate with work experience and skills.
