With the help of Gensler Los Angeles, we recently completed a stunning full-floor office expansion designed to complement and enhance Hudson Pacific Properties’ existing Los Angeles headquarters.

This space features a striking interconnecting stair, dynamic conference environments with operable partitions, and hospitality-inspired collaboration spaces. Rich millwork detailing, natural-toned finishes, and intentional contrast between dark and light materials create a sophisticated, layered environment throughout the suite.

We had an awesome time hosting the 2026 Topgolf Play-4-JA fundraiser to support Junior Achievement of Southern California!

The turnout was incredible, and it was great spending time golfing, competing, and connecting with so many of our industry partners, employee-owners, and friends while supporting such a great cause.

Thanks to everyone who showed up, donated, and helped make the event such a success! We raised nearly $36,000 for Junior Achievement and their mission to empower the next generation through financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Last week, the Boot Barn project team took home a 2026 NAIOP SoCal Award for Office Project of the Year!

In recognition of Earth Day 2026, our Sustainability Committee organized a cleanup at Bolsa Chica State Beach to support the ongoing preservation of our local coastline.

This year’s Earth Day theme, "Our Power, Our Planet," serves as a reminder that consistent, collective stewardship is required to drive meaningful environmental change.
