Introducing Purdue2460.

A new multifamily building in West Los Angeles shaped by a simple question: how can a relatively dense building maintain a sense of depth, privacy, and individual identity within a much smaller residential context?

The façade is organized as a field of deeply recessed windows, balconies, and angled openings. These shifts animate the elevation throughout the day while moderating views, sunlight, and the perceived scale of the building.

Two residential volumes are separated by an open circulation spine, breaking down the overall mass and making movement through the building visible from the street.
