Deck Envy - noun
1. Deck - a fabulous place upon which to lounge and live your best life
// the family enjoyed a beautiful evening on their deck
2. Envy - a resentful awareness of an advantage enjoyed by another with a desire to possess the same advantage
// Rachel admitted the envy she felt when her neighbor, Desire hired Sterling to build a deck in her backyard, allowing her to utilize dead space and create imaginative spaces the whole family could enjoy, even Jane the bunny !
She used this envy constructively and had some from CL build her a deck that was 1/4 the price, but unfortunately the boards warped and termites decimated it in 2 years :(
Desiree meanwhile enjoyed the 50 year warranty on her New Tech deck, and appreciated her $0 waterbill

We took advantage of every square foot of this backyard in Los Angeles. We sunk a Modpool into a new composite deck, tile patios, stucco privacy walls, fencing, fire feature, outdoor kitchen with custom concrete countertop, lighting, landscaping and a synthetic lawn for the dog and kids!

THE DOUBLE DECK

We just finished this double pool deck in Sherman Oaks, CA. The client had an odd shaped backyard with lots of hillside we wanted to turn into useable space. Upper deck is composite to withstand the direct sun and lower decks are IPE.

THE COURT
We just put the final touches on this sports court in Encino, CA. The job took us a grueling (6) months to complete as access was by hand only. Our guys removed over 400 yards of soil by (5) gallon buckets.

We just completed this old Hollywood, CA bungalow exterior renovation. Very eclectic with mix matched concrete elements, rocks, low water plant palette, drip irrigation, low voltage LED lighting, concrete/timber walls, and cable railing.
