Every year, local design students participate in the IIDA Southern California Chapter Student Design Charrette thanks to the financial support of those in our architecture / engineering / construction community! Coming Summer 2026! AGBU Manoogian-Dermirdjian School, Collaborative Learning Center. This ground up, core & shell project included demolition of two existing buildings and construction of the two-floored Collaborative Learning Center which includes state of the art labs, library, study rooms, and auditorium with stadium seating open to mezzanine. This complex project will soon be filled with students and we could not be prouder of our ECC team for bringing this vision to life!

Pepperdine University College of Health Science Unveils State-of-the-Art Campus:
