ANX and Aaron Neubert, FAIA extend our sincere thanks to our incredible panel for joining us at last week’s Nevada Housing Coalition Conference for an engaging session on increasing Missing Middle Housing in Nevada.

Alkarim Devani (mddl) inspired attendees with real-world examples of successful Missing Middle developments that have empowered new developers to deliver this vital housing type.

George Fatheree, III (ORO) shared valuable insight on innovative ways employers can invest in employee housing strategies that build community connection and long-term financial stability.

Hugh Martinez (GHK) brought a wealth of experience in affordable housing delivery and reflected on lessons learned from other states’ Missing Middle initiatives.

Eric Corbett (Azure Printed Homes) introduced forward-thinking construction technologies that could enable faster, stronger, and more sustainable housing solutions in the near future.

We’re grateful to have shared the stage with such an inspiring group—and to the engaged audience that contributed to an insightful dialogue about Nevada’s housing future.

Reflecting on an impactful week at the 2024 Nevada Housing Coalition Conference in Reno, Nevada. Over two days, we joined in vital conversations aimed at addressing Nevada’s housing crisis and exploring solutions that can bring real change to our communities.

A highlight was Aaron’s participation in the Innovation, Sustainability, and Non-Traditional Affordable Housing panel, where he shared our current projects designed to bring new housing opportunities to the state. Grateful to be part of the movement driving Nevada toward a more sustainable, inclusive housing future.

ANX is excited to share details on the first phase of Midtown Vegas. Located in the Arts District, between the iconic Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, the project consists of two 8-story mixed-use towers, including condominiums, hotel residences, offices, retail, and community amenities.

Our project goals center on creating a vibrant, walkable, 24-hour community in the rapidly growing Arts District neighborhood. Midtown Vegas aims to blend residential, commercial, and communal spaces to foster a lively urban environment that supports both local residents and visitors. This seamless integration is designed to enhance connectivity, sustainability, and community, making the Arts District a dynamic destination for creativity and urban living.
