1. Floor Installer - Very good experience in installing hardwood, vinyl, laminate, SPC, engineered flooring

2. Wood floor refinisher - Solid experience in operating hardwood floor drum sanders "big machines" like American Sanders Machine and edger. Has experience in repairing, staining, and finishing hardwood floors.

3. Flooring helper - Can operate an edger and knows at least the basic of installation, refinishing, and staining hardwood floors

Must have a driver's license and willing to work full time.

We will provide onsite Training so the installation, sanding, staining, and refinishing will meet our standards.

Senate Bill 9 allows homeowners to rent out their home for up to 120 days at a time without having it considered their primary residence. This bill is meant to help with the increasing demand for home rentals in the city of Los Angeles. The home remodeling industry has also contributed an abundance of jobs, which Senate Bill 9 has helped in providing more.

This gives an opportunity for homeowners to gain more revenue from renting out their ADUs as living spaces or even Airbnb units amidst the tough times.
