Dear Customers,
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, LA Low Flush Toilets, Inc. is instating a comprehensive safety protocol to prevent pathogenic spread or transmission. Not only are we being diligent about how we are conducting business and interacting with clients daily, but we are screening both staff and clients daily to maintain the safety and health of everyone. We are enforcing same day service if possible, to limit our exposure. We know that clients have impending business matters that require our attention, so please ensure you are doing everything you can to maintain the safety of those around you. We encourage minimal contact at each appointment and are practicing the following safety measures:
1. Technicians are required to wear protective gear that includes: gloves, face masks, plastic bodysuits, and shoe coverings.
2. Technicians are required to carry disinfectant which is to be used on all contact surfaces they encounter upon entry, and they will disinfect all surfaces they touch before exiting the property.
3. Technicians are disinfecting their vehicles, immediately disposing of soiled gloves, and sanitizing after every potential contact exposure.
4. We are screening all staff and customers with a preliminary symptom and Covid-19 exposure questionnaire to ensure the safety of everyone.
5. LA Low Flush is ensuring we are compliant and signing a "CORONAVIRUS PROPERTY ENTRY ADVISORY AND DECLARATION FORM" prior to entering any property.
