You picked up your own food, still left 10% anyway… and somehow got told it wasn’t enough. At that point, it stops feeling like appreciation and starts feeling like pressure.

Would you still tip on pickup orders after that? 🤔

And I hadn’t even ordered yet. That’s what made it feel strange… like the price of the experience was already being decided before the service even started.

My wife wanted an outdoor bathroom for the kids… so we made it happen. 🛁🌿

We found a vintage 50s cast iron tub and sink while thrifting, then built the whole setup around them this weekend. The woodwork is finally coming together, and it’s turning into something pretty special.

Since when did a quick snack run turn into a math mystery? Celsius, a Kind bar, water… and somehow the total starts feeling like a full grocery trip.

On the left, $47.26 filled the tank without a second thought. On the right, that same routine hits completely different now.

Same car. Same tank. Same life. Just a much bigger bill.
