Hello and welcome
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our new business venture. My father and I have started a new company and would like to share with you the services we can offer to you and your colleagues. Together we have over 65 years of experience in the Electrical construction industry and are well versed on the new lighting requirements. Our primary focus is on Califo
rnia’s new Title 24 energy savings requirements, specific to lighting and lighting controls. Our company can help you through the tedious process of being in compliance and passing state required inspections the first time. There are many steps that can be taken to ensure that your project flows seamlessly from start to finish and we have the answers. Our company can review device specifications and project design. Engineers are making a lot of mistakes on lighting controls, counts, incompatibility, over controlled and under controlled. Let us review and well get you the right equipment specific to your project cutting out the potential waste. We also offer on-site evaluation. We can come out to your job site, meet up with your crew and help them get it right the first time. The most common mistakes we see; devices not installed in the right locations, not enough or the wrong type of wiring used, lighting zones not properly switched. All of this and more can cost you and your client’s time and money, let us help you avoid costly mistakes. Now for the fun stuff. Time to put all of these expensive lights and lighting controls to work, turn on the power and let’s get these lights burning. But wait, programming has to be done first. Let AEC do the work for you. Lutron, Leviton, WattStopper, nLlight no problem we’ve got this.We can come out to program the event timing of the system for you and get it up and running. Now that your system is up and running unfortunately we’re not quite finished. California now requires commercial lighting installed in new and remodeled commercial buildings to have an Acceptance test performed to ensure proper operation of all lighting controls. After the tests have been performed, documents have to be filed with the state and the local inspector so you can get a final building inspection and a certificate of occupancy. AEC also offers this service. Once we are involved in the early stages of your job this will be a no-brainer. Correct design, proper installation, and accurate programming will make acceptance testing a breeze. In closing, we look forward to working with you and your staff to help you save energy, save time and save money. Give us a call and we can provide any of these services to you our potential clients
