Both building footprints are laid out, and we’re continuing through the foundation stage before framing begins.

Framing and MEP rough-ins are complete, and insulation is now underway.

With the plumbing, electrical, and mechanical rough-ins behind the walls, we’re working through insulation before the interior moves forward.

Excavation is underway as we move through the foundation phase at Project Atwater.

A lot of the work at this stage happens below grade. Getting the excavation and foundation work right is what the rest of the project will be built on.
