The damaged wood around this window could have easily been hidden behind flashing paper, stucco, and a finished look — but that is not how we work. It was 110 degrees today, so the Crespi project update had to happen later in the day 😂
And before the comments start again — yes, it is an active remodel. There is framing, demo, dust, trash, materials, and a lot happening at once. Los Angeles, CA projects do not look Windex-clean in the middle of construction, so everybody please relax. The cleanup is coming.
