A nice gentleman in San Luis contacted us for a new deck he had imagined. He and his old dog wanted a place to sit outside while having privacy. Making sure this was safe for an older person, with easy access into his home, was key. We demoed an existing wall, built this redwood deck, poured a concrete pad and made the gate in 5 days. We were called in to finish this project of another contractor who left the homeowner with a mess. How gorgeous does the tile and serving look, such a gorgeous space. Our main goal was to get this space functional for this family. We completed the tiling and other repairs and installs to make it complete! www.peffbuilt.com

One Day! This beautiful project was completed within 7hrs. Our client had some great antique windows they wanted placed into a privacy fence. We were able to have this fence built and the site cleaned up in one day. It was great to have this project completed while we wait for materials to arrive for another homeowner.
