Love your home — just need more of it?
That's where a deck or a room addition comes in. More room to gather outside, and more room inside for the way you live now , an extra bedroom, a home office, a primary suite, a space to spread out.
No need to move. Build on to the home - and the neighborhood - you already love.
Fall is a good time to start the conversation, so the design is ready when building season comes around.

🍂 A small switch can help your home feel cozier!

As cooler weather arrives, set your ceiling fan to rotate clockwise at a low speed when viewed from below. This helps circulate warm air near the ceiling back into the room without creating a chilly breeze.

🔧 Turn the fan off and let the blades stop completely before changing its direction.
