We were PUMPED to get this condo associations irrigation back online! It had been off for a few years. It was a funky double pump set up. We converted it one 230v 19GPM submersible pump.

The stream that runs through the property was at its lowest point but will pick up as we get more rain. We dug out where the pump will sit and created a little rock water diverter to keep the water plentiful at the pump.

System was activated. Heads marked to be replaced and other repairs needed. Made all repairs necessary to get this system running for the rest of the season. We are excited to maintain this property and update the system and layout for years to come!

Talk about a transformation! Hot tub, ponds, and gardens. In June we did an electrical trench for this customer and now we are back to repair and add on to the irrigation system. The customer just needs to wrap up the ponds and its done!

Yesterday was a day full of service! Replaced an isolation valve on the irrigation main line in the water pit. Reaplced broken sprinkler heads, leaking sprinkler heads, and a sprinkler head buried under asphalt!! Now the irrigation system for this condo complex is ready to run for the rest of the season! 🟦🟩 >>> 💦🌱
