Here’s a look back at a project we completed last summer. We built this 12x24 pool house for some great clients in Wake Forest. We designed it to match the home so it feels like it’s always been part of the property.

It gives them a place to hide the pool equipment, store everything they need for the backyard, and most importantly — a cool shaded spot to relax by the water.

We love how this one turned out and would love to build another one! If you have a need for something similar, give us a call! ☀️🏊‍♂️

Here is a construction project we completed back in December for a great client. This homeowner had a goal of building a shop, but the challenge of a heavily sloped lot. There was about 4 feet of fall from back to front, so we proposed cutting into the slope and building a retaining wall to level the pad. So that’s exactly what we did - all excavation, grading, retaining wall build, footings and concrete for the shop to sit on. We finished it off with a gravel entrance and parking area, and all finish grading and seed to re-establish the lawn. We started on this the first week of December and put the finishing touches on it the morning of Christmas Eve. Our client had his shop finished this spring and it turned out amazing!

Picture this. It’s a warm day in July. You start the day off slow with a cup of coffee on the patio. Spend the day out on the water with your family. You come home, eat a good meal, take a shower, get comfortable and then retreat back to the patio. Light up the fireplace and kick back to relax for the rest of the night! The sunset views, together with the fire, the landscape and subtle lighting… it doesn’t get any better!!

Doesn’t that sound amazing? It is, and we can make it happen! Our team worked together with these great Clients to design and custom-build this space from scratch! What was once a dead corner of the yard is now the highlight of the property (aside from the lake of course)!

Now let’s build another one for you!

Here’s our current job in progress. We’re building an awesome hangout spot for these great Clients on Lake Gaston! This space will feature an outdoor fireplace, Techo Bloc paver patio, landscape lighting, new plantings and zoysia sod to finish it off. Swipe through to see the progress. We're looking for a skilled Foreman to lead our crew through custom patio installations, retaining walls, grading, plantings, carpentry, and more. This is a hands-on leadership role where craftsmanship, organization, and teamwork come together.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead & manage crew on job sites
✅ Read and execute project plans/layouts
✅ Build patios, walkways, walls, pergolas, fences & decks
✅ Oversee grading, drainage, & site prep
✅ Ensure top-notch quality & safety
✅ Communicate with clients & project managers
✅ Operate equipment and train crew members

🔧 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in landscaping/hardscaping/carpentry
✔ Able to read site plans & blueprints
✔ Knowledge of base installations (traditional, permeable, raised, synthetic)
✔ Strong leadership, reliability & communication skills

📍 Based in Lousiburg, North Carolina.

Here’s a look at a project we just completed in Spring Hope, NC. We built this 20x24’ post-frame carport for our client, complete with 40-year metal roofing and vinyl siding, soffits and aluminum fascia - a maintenance free solution!

To top it off we brought in a load of gravel and created a well-defined parking area.

Today was a big day. One of the biggest goals of mine for this year was to buy the first machine for the company. I never thought it would be a brand new Ditch Witch Sk1750 but here we are with the dream machine! Thank you to our amazing clients and team for allowing us to grow and increase our capacity to build cool projects! Now it’s time to put this thing to work!
