This one was a fun project. I removed the pergola, swapped out a few bad deck boards, then washed, sanded, and stained the rest to freshen everything up. The lower section on the far left was left untouched since it’s being removed later for a new paver patio.

Completely tore out and installed new drywall/finish the drywall in the bathroom. Every room throughout this home there were all sorts of defects and oil marks. Wallpaper border had to be taken off the top throughout the home. Skim coat and painted. I painted all ceilings walls and trim. It took me one week to perform a lot more than what the pictures describe.🙂
