The lead generator will speak with customers who are in need of flooring and input their information into a user friendly software.
Lead rep will work out of the Lexington Floor & Decor location. This will be a 10–15 hour/week position with weekend days required.
Basic flooring knowledge will be taught. No experience required.
Position will be paid hourly with the possibility for bonuses/commissions and advancement.
