Led by Foremen Roger Lewis and Randy McCreary, this crew includes Trevor Trent, Laborer, and Michael Blalock, Leadman. For the past five years, they’ve taken on just about every challenge thrown their way, bringing a team-first attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle whatever the job requires.

Led by Foreman George Couch, this four-person pipe crew includes Operators Jorge Lopez and Daniel Lopez, along with Laborer David Castillo. Whether they’re laying pipe or tackling dirt work, this team brings the experience, adaptability, and work ethic to take on whatever the job demands. They work well alongside other crews and have even helped train teammates in pipe laying, sharing their knowledge and strengthening the team around them.

Our team recently took part in a Communication Skills class with facilitators from Knife River!

The session focused on practical skills around communication, presentation, and giving effective feedback. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the training a great experience.
