I AM SUPER PUMPED!!! What an awesome house and story that I had a chance to be a part of!! We were granted the opportunity to do the finish trim in this beautiful house and now its the Courier Journals home of the week!!!

I will post some photos of the house incase you do not get the newspaper!

Legend has it that after an Ohio River flood, someone took a shanty boat that had floated upriver and built a foundation under it, creating the home.
