It started in 2022, when they bought the building and brought us in for a piece of the retrofit: we framed and covered their walk-in, sided the left wall, hung half-round gutters, and installed a new Versico single-ply TPO system.
In 2025 they called us back to retrofit a second TPO roof over the second-story metal roof.
Now in 2026 we’re at it again — tearing off a layer of metal and three layers of asphaltic roll roofing, then installing a new TAMKO Titan XT shingle system with new fascia on every eave and rake, plus a new parapet cap across the front.
Being invited back to the same buildings year after year isn’t something we take lightly. It’s a sign of the trust our clients place in us — and we work hard to earn it every time, with better quality and better service on every visit.
