This week we made this Georgetown home move-in ready! This home had a roof layover performed very recently by another contractor. Unfortunately they missed more than a few installation details and that led to the entire system needing to be replaced, so we did as we always do! Tore it down to the deck, performed our framing & decking inspection, replaced the compromised decking, and installed our new Tamko StormFighter Flex class 4 impact system along with our 1:150 ventilation system for the attic space. This home has a partition wall separating the conditioned space from the unconditioned attached garage this creates a special ventilation consideration especially when the garage space has an open ceiling with no insulation. We consider all of these factors when designing our ventilation system. After all ventilation is the number 1 factor determining the life span of the individual asphalt shingles.

We also replaced the entire gutter system with a new 6” seamless gutter system with gutter guards!

Got an aging asphalt shingle roof you’d like us to take a look at? Or maybe a newer roof that’s under ventilated? Give us a call!

In and out in two days on this one! 160 squares were installed on Monday then edge metal was installed on Tuesday with inspection a week later! Within 3 weeks of our client signing our proposal they had a 20 year warranted Versico TPO roofing system and a job site that (aside from the new roof) looks like we were never there. We even brought the roof up to IECC insulation requirements so the new space will be efficiently conditioned and dry for decades to come.

Do you know a commercial property owner looking for solutions to their exterior envelope? Give us a call! We carry certifications to award industry standard and above warranties on all our installations protecting your investments and giving your tenants peace of mind.

It started in 2022, when they bought the building and brought us in for a piece of the retrofit: we framed and covered their walk-in, sided the left wall, hung half-round gutters, and installed a new Versico single-ply TPO system.

In 2025 they called us back to retrofit a second TPO roof over the second-story metal roof.

Now in 2026 we’re at it again — tearing off a layer of metal and three layers of asphaltic roll roofing, then installing a new TAMKO Titan XT shingle system with new fascia on every eave and rake, plus a new parapet cap across the front.

Being invited back to the same buildings year after year isn’t something we take lightly. It’s a sign of the trust our clients place in us — and we work hard to earn it every time, with better quality and better service on every visit.

Have a commercial building you’re looking to retrofit or maintain? Give us a call.

Thank you Haymarket by Ashbourne Farms!

Another one we’re proud of.

We love the homes that can’t be done in a day. The challenge is the whole point — every one of these has something in it you didn’t see from the driveway.

This one waited until we were almost finished. The cornice returns weren’t framed to carry a gutter system, so before a single foot of Linen went up, we spent a day rebuilding the assemblies to give it something solid to hang on.

A roofing-only crew stops there and waits on a carpenter. We’re an exterior envelope contractor — roofing, siding, gutters, framing, trim. So we built it, hung it, and kept moving. All self-performed. All done right.

Full tear-off. Tamko Titan XT. Both chimneys cut into fresh reglets. Hand-mitered corners.

2 days. 10,000 square feet. One brand new roof. ✅

We just wrapped this 4-unit townhome in Norton Commons — full tear-off of the old 3-tab shingles, replaced with a brand new TAMKO Titan system, start to finish in 48 hours.

In a neighborhood this dense, keeping traffic and neighbors moving safely around the site was just as much a priority as the roof itself. We pulled out all the stops — and let everyone nearby know who to call when they want it done right.

Good morning from Plantation!

The crew’s on-site today reroofing a set of three gables we recently reframed from the ground up. Next up: new flashing details, then James Hardie fiber cement board-and-batten panels and trim to finish the elevation the right way.

Can’t wait to share the before-and-after on this one.

Got an exterior siding or roofing project you’ve been meaning to tackle? Give us a call or reach out through the website — we’d be glad to take a look.

N+1 Bikes USA’s house just got a fresh new look! ✨

We took this home top to bottom and gave it a full exterior makeover:

✔️ New windows
✔️ 4 new doors
✔️ New 6” seamless gutters
✔️ New soffits
✔️ Aluminum-wrapped fascia & frieze boards
✔️ Fiber cement siding & trim at the bay windows
✔ Vinyl siding on the rest

We even gave the front door a little TLC — looks good as new. It’s the small touches that pull the whole thing together. 🏡

The result? A home that’s better protected from the elements and looks like a brand new house from the curb.

If your exterior is showing its age, we’d love to take a look. Free inspection and estimate — no pressure, just honest answers.
