Today we honor the legacy of two of our company’s co-founders.

Marshall Ray Newton proudly served our country during the Berlin Wall crisis, where he was stationed. After completing his military service, he built a successful career with LG&E in Special Construction until his retirement. He later co-founded the company, bringing with him a lifetime of discipline, integrity, and dedication.

Pinkey Jean Newton served as part owner and the company’s Office Manager for the majority of its history. A graduate of the University of Louisville, she played a vital role in the company’s success through her leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment.

Together, they didn’t just help built a business—they built a foundation of hard work, honesty, and service that continues to guide us today. Their legacy lives on in every project we complete and every relationship we build.

To our customers and contractors thank you. Your trust, loyalty, and support over the years made it possible to honor their memory with this beautiful monument. We are sincerely grateful for each of you and for the role you’ve played in our company’s success.
