The summer months brings two things: Heat and brown grass! Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about the heat, but there is something you can do to keep your grass from turning brown.
Make sure to keep your lawn watered, but make sure you follow these tips:
*Never water in the middle of the day, the water beads on the grass combined with the harmful rays of the sun will act as a magnifying glass and essentially burn(brown) the tops of the grass.
*Try to water early morning just before the sun comes up. The cool morning air will help the water to settle to the roots and by the time the warm rays come shining down, the soil will be ready to accept the water and help your grass to grow.
