We did something a little out of the box in the Bowling Green Ky area. We placed advertisements across a few social media pages saying that we had signed another union contractor to the area. We let the public know how many workers are needed along with the wages and benefits. We basically said “ If you’re interested, meet us here at this location at this time and we will sign you up and send you directly to work on a union job right down the street”. I want to thank the people who showed up for a better opportunity, the 6 union organizers who helped me, and the union contractors in the area who have the foresight that a skilled worker is a good investment into your business in this labor market. Southern Kentucky, if you haven’t heard, Blue Ladder is now union with Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.

After that we did a typical union blitz where we strategically search the area to educate men and women working in the trowel trades. We have some huge goals for southern Kentucky with a partnership with some other great contractors. We hope you’ll join the movement ✊🏼🇺🇸

The space can fit more than 5,000 fans, and the No. 1 thing people asked for in the project was covered seating.

Just had a great meeting with a couple of southern Kentucky contractors. Lots of work in Franklin, 100,000+ block to lay in Bowlingreen over on Production Ave, another 100,000+ block directly across the street at the $2B battery plant when the first one finishes, and just other normal sized projects. Call me at 15028174126. These contractors pay your family’s health insurance and pay money into your defined contribution retirement. Plus we have a $500 sign on bonus right now. I’m 10 bricklayers short and 6 helpers short. Thanks
