🏡 THE KINSLEE — PROGRESS UPDATE! 🔨

I personally put in some serious work today staining all the woodwork throughout The Kinslee, and I’m loving how it turned out! 🪵🔥

I made it a point to get all of the staining done BEFORE the final paint and fascia work. That way I could get after it without having to worry about stain getting on finished walls, ceilings, or fascia. Sometimes doing things in the right order saves a whole lot of headaches later! 💪

We’re moving right along:

* 🪵 Wood ceilings, beams, posts & accents stained
* 🔨 Trim work is going in
* 🛁 Tile is finishing up
* 🏠 Cabinets are installed
* 🚿 Vanities are in place
* 🎨 Paint & finish work coming up next

The stained wood against that dark brick and the white interior is really starting to bring the whole design together. The Kinslee is getting closer to the finish line every day!

🏡 THE KINSLEE — BUILD UPDATE! 🏡

Things are really starting to come together at The Kinslee! 🔨

This week, trim and tile are going in, and these finishing details are completely changing the look of the home. The custom tile work in the bathrooms is taking shape, the flooring is going down, and the trim is giving every room that clean, finished look we’ve been waiting for.

We’re also loving how that tongue-and-groove porch ceiling and exposed wood details are coming together on the front porch. 🔥

It’s hard to believe how far this home has come in such a short amount of time. Every week we’re another step closer to seeing the finished product!

The progress just keeps rolling on The Kinslee, and it’s hard to believe we’re only two months into this build!

Brick is going up, concrete is poured, drywall is hung and finished, mechanicals are roughed in, and this home is really starting to come together. Seeing it go from a set of plans to this much progress in just two months is what it’s all about.

A lot of coordination, long days, and great work from our crews and subcontractors have gone into keeping this project moving — and we’re not slowing down anytime soon.

Two months down and The Kinslee is looking better every day. Wait until you see this one finished! 👀🏠

This build is moving right along, and The Kinslee is really starting to come to life! 🔨🔥

✅ All mechanicals are roughed in
✅ Rough-in inspections passed
✅ Insulation is complete
✅ Drywall is hung
✅ Tape & first coat are underway
🧱 Brick exterior is moving right along

The vaulted ceilings, open layout, and custom details are starting to show exactly what we envisioned for this home. And that dark brick paired with the wood gable accents is looking SHARP. 👌

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but every week we’re getting closer to turning this construction site into a finished home.

Stay tuned — the finishes are coming next, and that’s when The Kinslee is really going to start showing off! 🏠✨

🏡 The Kinslee is moving right along! 🛠️

Every week brings us one step closer to welcoming another family home to life.

Today was a big milestone as all of the windows and exterior doors were installed, and it’s exciting to see this house really start taking shape.

Here’s what’s coming up next:
✅ Monday – Mechanical rough-ins complete
🚜 Tuesday – Septic system installation
🧱 Wednesday – Insulation and our beautiful exterior brick begins
🔍 Friday – Building inspection
🏠 Weekend – Drywall starts

It’s amazing how quickly a pile of lumber transforms into a place where memories will be made. That’s one of the things we love most about what we do—building more than houses, we’re building homes for families.

Every home we build has a story, but this one is especially close to my heart.

The Kinslee isn’t just another house—it’s named after my daughter, Kinslee. When it came time to choose the exterior brick, I let her make the decision. She picked the brick that will give this home its timeless look, and today she made this house even more special.

Before we continue building, Kinslee wrote Psalm 18:30 inside the home, dedicating it to the Lord and praying over the family who will one day call it home.

“As for God, His way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; He shields all who take refuge in Him.” — Psalm 18:30

As a father, watching her take pride in something that will stand for generations is something I’ll never forget. As a builder, it’s a reminder that we’re not just building houses—we’re building homes where families will grow, celebrate, and make memories for years to come.
