We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time Spray Room Technician position. This is year-round, consistent work. This role will be responsible for finishing a variety of cabinet parts and components. This role will also set up, operate, and maintain spray machines, carts, etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of paint/stain equipment and application.
Ability to determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing visual inspections.
Maintain equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently.
Minimize waste of raw materials as well as work in a clean and tidy manner.
Must be self-motivated with an eye for detail and steady hand-to-eye coordination.
Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and must be willing to comply will all health and safety rules and regulations.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Prior experience is a bonus.
Excellent attendance is required.
Attention to detail and quality of work produced.
Ability to learn to spray to a color/quality standard.
Ability to work in an organized manner to ensure the task is completed efficiently, to the correct standard, and in the necessary time frame.
Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout the shift.
