Hey everyone happy labor day

There is little that upsets me however this is one of them times!! Man had a leak and I explained it would be a few days. Michael went out and hand dug 3 feet down. He told him it would require the bobcat as it’s deep! It was set up however this was an issue from start as we would call and he wouldn’t answer and would call back After we made plans to go to another job! Anyway today they put the backhoe attachment on the bobcat and it blew a hose and started shooting oil out. We called to apologize and told him he might want to find someone else as it would take a few days for us to get it repaired. Now this is where I get upset… He said we did not want to go out to do his job because he was black! OH NO. DON’T even go there!!!! I could go on but enough said and NOT to worry I will NOT reschedule for him even if he calls back. I run a good reputable company and no one makes that accusation about us as far as I’m concerned!! This past year has been CRAZY !! We have been swamped and have tried our best to get to everyone as fast as possible! As I try to tell everyone I am NOT perfect so if we ever drop the ball please don’t hesitate to call and say... hey you haven’t forgotten us! We are doing our best during these crazy times and we DO appreciate ALL our customers!! HAPPY EASTER!
