This was a closet converted to a full bathroom. Two pocket doors and a closet added at one the end of the bedroom. Custom built in dressers in closet, made in my shop. Attic access door. This was as awesome build because the client let me design the layout and execute the install.

This client went through 5 contractors to attach his motorized sun awning that weighted 282lbs. After 5 cracked bricks from previous installers and also came out of the wall once.
I told him....if it ever came out I would buy him a brand new one. I signed that on the invoice, he was scared that it would happen again after 5 contractors failed to install it properly. That was 2 years ago today!! If you want it done right call me. I’ll be happy to fix it or install it right.
