Lexi has rightfully earned this recognition due to her outstanding commitment to her job and going above and beyond when managing a record number of RFP and Interview materials. Lexi has either managed the entire process or contributed on every submission and has created new systems to streamline the marketing teams’ efforts and held her teammates accountable to deadlines to reach our BDM goals of winning work.

In addition, Lexi has done all of this with a positive attitude and an ability to look for new ways to make the next submission better than the last. She does not sacrifice quality for speed. Lexi has only been with WEHR for a year and has already made a tremendous impact on every office.

A great day of learning, connecting, and giving back with Florida Healthcare Engineering Association District III! 🏥🤝

Our Tampa team had the opportunity to attend this month’s meeting featuring an informative look at how moisture impacts low-slope roofing systems, ways to identify and remediate hidden issues, and the importance of protecting healthcare facilities for the long term. The day concluded with a guided tour of Moffitt Cancer Center’s Discovery and Innovation Center.

Even better, the event provided an opportunity to support the community through a Back to School Drive benefiting Metropolitan Ministries, and WEHR was proud to contribute to help local students start the school year prepared for success. 🎒✏️

A new chapter is officially underway at Northeast Christian Church! 🏗️🎉

Our team was honored to celebrate the groundbreaking of NECC’s newest project and the continued growth of their “Love the ’Ville” mission as they look toward the NXT TEN.

This new multi-purpose outreach center is being designed with community at its heart by creating a space for sports leagues, events, connection, outreach, and countless opportunities to bring people together.

We’re grateful for the continued trust and partnership of Northeast Christian Church and excited to officially put shovels in the ground on a project that will make an impact far beyond its walls.

The HCA Sarasota Graduate Medical Education project is officially complete! 🏥

This new space is ready to welcome the many trainings, learning opportunities, and future healthcare professionals who will come through its doors.

With more than 300 residency and fellowship programs, HCA Healthcare continues to be an innovator in education community. WEHR Constructors was incredibly honored to play a part in bringing this project to life and to partner with an organization whose commitment to mentorship, education, and excellence aligns so closely with our own values.

Intern Spotlight! 💡 🏗️ 👏

We’re proud to highlight two of our interns who have been gaining valuable hands-on experience with WEHR this summer!

👷 Cale Madison, a student at WKU, has been working alongside Neil Logsdon at Trojan Way as a Construction Field Engineer Intern, getting a firsthand look at the day-to-day operations of a job site.

🦺 Sam Baggett, a student at EKU, has been working under Derrick Pittman as a Construction Safety Intern, spending much of his time at the Jessamine County Judicial Center and learning what it takes to keep our projects and teams safe.

We’re grateful to have Cale and Sam on the WEHR team and excited to be a part of their journey into the construction industry. The future of construction is looking bright!

Our Tampa Team had the opportunity to attend the City of St. Petersburg’s first-ever Build St. Pete Construction Trade Show!

This event brought together construction professionals, local agencies, and businesses from across the area to connect, build relationships, and explore contracting opportunities throughout the St. Pete community.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to network with industry leaders and continue strengthening our connections within the Tampa Bay construction community. Thank you to the City of St. Petersburg for hosting a great event!
