Celebrating 1 year of ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ ๐จ
Tomorrow is our official anniversary!!!
Tonight our team we went to Topgolf to celebrate. โณ๏ธ
Sitting there looking around at everyone, I couldnโt help but think about how much has happened in the last 12 months. Just a year ago, Valor was only a vision. I was a new dad and knew I had to take a chance and do things the right way. With years of experience behind us, the mission was simple: ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ต๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐๐, ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐พ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐.
Today, Valor has already replaced hundreds of roofs, completed several major commercial projects, become an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, and built a team of people that Iโm insanely proud to stand beside.
But the accomplishments arenโt what Iโm most proud ofโฆ Itโs the people.
The people who took a chance on this company. The people who bought into the vision. The people who show up every day, work hard, take care of our customers, and continue pushing Valor forward.
But none of it happens without our community...
Every homeowner who trusted us with their home. Every business that gave us an opportunity. Every referral, review, recommendation, share, and person who supported Valor during our first year.
Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.
Weโre going to continue investing in our people, giving back to the communities that gave us our start, and building something we can all be proud of.
We accomplished a lot in Year 1. But I truly believe weโre just getting started.
So hereโs to Year 2โฆ. Bigger goals. More opportunities. More impact. And a whole lot more roofs. ๐
