I received a thank you card from a customer in the mail today with explicit instructions to give each of the 3 men that did her job a $50 tip as extra appreciation.

This is the coolest thing that’s happened to me as a small business owner so far.

Tanner Senn has been running a mowing crew for me for months but this was the first Landscaping job I cut him loose on. Him and the guys ( Mullins, and Wancket) did a great job.

I push these guys hard everyday and hold them to a higher standard than most would. I know they won’t be with me long, and I plan for them to amaze every leader they have after me with their work ethic and attention to detail.

Well done men👏👏👏

And kudos to an awesome customer for the great tip!!

Couple landscaping clean ups we did today. We also pulled a ton of bushes and cut some trees at another property not pictured. It was a good day full of sunshine and sweat! We had 5 people, 2 trucks, 3 trailers and 3 jobs🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼

A lot of folks don’t understamd why the price of an overgrown yard is so high. It’s very hard on the equipment, there’s tons of hazards like sink holes, tall roots, and no telling what laying under the tall grass that can damage your mower if you hit it, or even worse get thrown out and damage property or hurt someone. There is definitely a risk involved.
