This role is for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and seeing a project completed the right way—not the easy way.

• Overseeing roofing projects and attending monthly meetings
• Monitoring job quality and safety standards
• Documenting project progress with photos and reports
• Communicating with homeowners throughout the process
• Solving challenges quickly and keeping projects on track
