Not your average basement remodel! With a crawl space dig-out and full basement transformation, we added 624 square feet to this basement in Westminster, CO, creating a walkout entrance, custom wet bar, and the star of the show: a professional recording studio.

The finished space features generous 8’8” ceilings, double-thick acoustic walls, CAT 6 wiring throughout, and custom built-ins to showcase their guitar collection.

Backfill is underway at our Nunn project! Our clients came to us with land already purchased and a budget of $550K. By tailoring the scope of work to fit their goals—including the excavation and insulation provided by the client—we were able to deliver a guaranteed price that stayed within their budget.
