This is a house that I designed for someone who's father had just retired, he lives in a rural area with horses and other livestock. he has a unattached 2 car garage that he converted to an office and wanted me to design and build a small dwelling on the back side of it so he could have his own place and also be able to watch and see in and out of the property, here's what I came up with.
