Hello and happy 2023 season!
Tri City is getting ready to rock and roll for the 2023 season!
After working some brutal hours this past 2022 season, Titus has enjoyed some time of rest with his family - thank you for allowing him this time for his physical and mental well-being, and thank you for allowing myself and our kids to enjoy extra husband and dad time with him!
We are excited for the 2023 landscape season!
A couple things to note:
1. We have begun scheduling estimate times again!
2. Due to the 2022 season ending on a busy note, we have already begun scheduling jobs for April, May and June of this year.
If you are looking for work to be done in 2023, please reach out soon to get the process started and to land a spot on our 2023 calendar!

Shout out to Tri City’s owner, Titus, who has done an amazing job staying on top of work despite staffing shortages, economic fluctuations/inflation, supply/demand shortages, and another insanely busy year! He’s been pulling 80 hour work weeks to keep everything running smoothly, and the kids and I couldn’t be more proud of him! We love spending time helping him out when we can, and admire all the hard work he’s put in! And shout out to our employee, Caleb Norton, for being such a trooper this year!

It's been a busy season this year! When Titus works 60+ hours a week, we find ways to spend time with dad, even if that means pitching in and helping! So grateful for our faithful crew (check out our newest employee - Micah T!), and so blessed by our faithful customers this year!

A couple months ago, we were not sure this day would be filled with joy and celebration but we want to take time today to recognize and celebrate Braden’s birthday! What an incredible and challenging journey he’s been on this year. He has fought so hard to hold onto life, and after pulling through some moments that felt like there wasn’t much hope left, he’s recovering and healing. What a truly amazing blessing it is to be at this moment today and to be able to joyfully celebrate his life and excitedly look ahead at another year for him! Thank you to everyone who responded to our post, prayed for him, and lifted him up along this journey. We know that there is purpose and big plans in store for this amazing guy! He will be Colorado bound soon and we CAN’T wait to get to celebrate him in person!! Happy birthday Braden! We love you!

This is a seasonal position with opportunities for seasonal unemployment during the off-season, and opportunities to return to work for us each season. Our season typically starts late February and runs through the middle of November. We are a family-owned business; we value dedication but also understand the need for flexibility. Job responsibilities include: loading and unloading materials (flagstone, lumber, etc.), hauling materials in wheelbarrows, shoveling and raking rock, tearing out and installing sod, tearing out and installing trees and plants, maintaining positive attitude on crew, following directions, and maintaining professional and respectful work ethic on and around customers' property. We have opportunities for a raise within first month, depending on your experience, work ethic and follow through in that first month. We also have an opportunity for our crew members to earn an end-of-season bonus.

Preferences:
-Someone who has landscaping experience already. (However, we are open to someone who is teachable and willing to learn the trade.)
- Someone who is willing to put in the full 40+ hours a week. (However, we can work with someone who may need flexibility around kid schedules or other personal schedules and who may only be able to work 30 hours.)
-Strong communication skills. We are happy to work around last minute schedule changes and personal commitments and obligations, but this needs to be clearly communicated with us with at least a 24 hour notice when possible. No-showing and multiple last minute changes to work schedule is not tolerated.

At this time, we would like to invite you to join us in lifting up one of our employees in prayer. Braden was involved in a motorcycle accident this past Friday while back in Pennsylvania. Miraculously, he lived through the accident but he is fighting a hard battle of recovery. This guy touched our hearts in truly unexplainable ways when he called us early this year and asked to be part of our Tri City family. His sense of respect, genuine kindness and strong work ethic has blessed our company deeply. Our hearts and prayers are with Braden and his family during this challenging time. His life is so precious and we are grateful to be able to continue to love on him and support him in whatever ways we can as he begins this new journey ahead of him. 💚

As one of our favorite Lyons customers will be moving back to the East coast soon, we thought we would do a throwback to last summer when we installed two 12' trees in their back yard! This was a huge accomplishment for Tri City, and we have a big shout-out to Fossil Creek for being a consistent and reliable vendor for our company over the years (their crew even assisted us in moving the trees across the backyard)!
To our Lyons customer - thank you for your continued business, your faith and support in our company, and for the laughs and friendship we've shared, you will be dearly missed!

There are so many updates to share! As always, thank you for your ongoing support for Tri City!

In 2019, we had some changes take place. James Benjamin made the hard decision to leave the company to pursue his career in computer technology. Titus became the full owner of Tri City in April 2019 and his wife, Sera, stepped in to manage the office and administrative side. We are so grateful for James’ continued friendship through these changes and truly enjoy seeing him happy in the computer technology field!

In early 2020 this year, we also revamped our logo - thank you Phil and Kathy Chalk for their dedicated time and creativity to help us redesign our logo. We wanted to keep aspects of the original Tri City logo but also wanted to bring in more color and a bit more modernized look - we are thrilled with the outcome!

We hope you all have been doing well and staying safe through this uncertain time of COVID. Tri City is continuing to operate and we are currently booked out to June! We thank our Tri City crew and team for their dedication!
