Beware the door knockers claiming to be local!

There’s a lot of Door Knocker out there that come in our community claim to be local when they’re not actually from anywhere near here or any surrounding communities. the fact that they’ll lie to you about that the first red flag most of these people have only been in business for a week or two maybe a year but a lot of them don’t have websites they don’t have licensing, don’t have insurance and are not legitimate companies. They’re just people that try to capitalize on a storm they sell you on the idea that the roofing company is legitimate and local and then they send Fly by night subcontractor to do the work and then bill some extra extraordinary amount. And You never hear from them again. you get the tail light warrant.

When Hiring to do your roof, please hire local, vet the door knockers make sure they’re actually local make sure they have a website. Make sure they have licensing. Make sure they have references and have been in business ask for a copy of their warranty, ask questions. It’ll save your headache a long, long run.
