Fixing a bad part in the wire and found when they worked on the sewer last year broke a lateral line inside the sleeve. ...

Fixing a bad part in the wire and found when they worked on the sewer last year broke a lateral line inside the sleeve. Unfortunately it goes into a tree ring in the sidewalk, so unless the tree is removed and it all dug out that zone is shut off.
