New door and motor install for this customer. Their top panel that was made of plastic was starting to crack and buckle from the motor pulling and pushing on it over the years. And their motor from 2003 also had a stripped gear. So they decided it was finally time to upgrade everything. So we got to it! We replaced the entire door along with a new basic chain drive motor. Our customer today had a broken spring on a Wayne dalton torque master spring system. But because the spring is on the inside of the tube, it was hard for the customer to know why their door wouldn’t open. Once we got there we educated the customer on the system they had and diagnosed the issue. After discussion they decided to convert their torque master system to a torsion spring system that not only will last longer, but also be more efficient for them. And now this customer is back up and running with a functioning garage door again! Call us for any spring repairs today!
