A fresh cedar cap & trim for your viewing pleasure. Solid in the back and spaced up front. We opted for black steel posts to go with our gate for a little extra pizzazz.

Easy peasy black chain link in Milton. Thanks Kevin for all the retuning work!!

A few blocks from the lake, a ton of cypress vinyl, add in a little steel ornamental, and begin the fun. All in the build was over 500’ and had roots everywhere. Thankfully we worked through them smoothly. Big thank you to Scott & Kathy for collaborating with us!

Nancy had an idea of keeping to the 1930’s-1940’s character of her house for her new fence. After a few meetings for design concepts we decided to point the pickets, add simple arbors, build out the posts, and lastly enhance the appearance of the gate posts over the sidewalk. The final result came out wonderfully. Most importantly, she loves it!

A few recent railing projects. The little “floating” gate is a neat touch.

What a build this was! 25+ years old and it was time for an update. Sean and Sandy partnered with us and together came up with a good plan. Where the deck came in contact with soil, we added composite lumber to avoid future decay. Every inch of the framing was coated or taped for our moisture barrier. The edge and breaker board match the top cap along with the waterfall on the horizontal cedar fence. This was such a great project for some really great people!

A little before and after. Once the hot mess of utility lines was dealt with, the actual building could take place. Great recovery and not much time spent on maneuvering around the obstacles.

This just has a clean look about it. Open, functional, easy to care for.

Sweet vinyl build in Rockton. This one was a little different with having good soil 😉
Rockton usually lives up to its name.
