⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another 5-Star Review!

Nothing means more to us than hearing from happy customers!

What started as a clogged drain turned out to be roots and some older plumbing that needed attention. Our team diagnosed the problem, came back to make the repairs, and got everything taken care of.

Thank you, Ross, for trusting A Drop Above Plumbing! We appreciate the kind words about Michael, Christian, and Russell.

🛁 Another Rockford Bathroom Upgrade Complete!

There’s something satisfying about seeing a bathroom project come together — especially when we can take care of the plumbing and help make the process easier for the homeowner.

Our team recently completed this tub and shower installation in Rockford, IL, installing the homeowner’s new tub and shower surround along with a new shower valve, tub waste and overflow, and the necessary plumbing connections.

Before wrapping up, we made sure everything was properly installed, connected, tested, and ready to use.

Already picked out the tub and shower you want? We can handle the plumbing and installation.

From tub and shower installations to shower valves, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and complete bathroom plumbing upgrades, A Drop Above Plumbing is here to serve homeowners throughout Rockford and the surrounding communities.

Better Water Starts at the Source 💧

This customer wanted to improve the water throughout their entire home, so we upgraded their whole-home water treatment system and cleaned up the plumbing while we were at it.

We installed a new water softener and whole-house filtration system, repiped the connections in copper, and added proper shutoffs to make the system clean, accessible, and serviceable for years to come.

Hard water doesn’t just affect how your water feels. Over time, it can leave buildup on fixtures, water heaters, faucets, shower valves, and other plumbing throughout the home. A properly designed water treatment system helps protect the plumbing while giving the family better-quality water every day.

If you’re noticing hard water, staining, sediment, odors, or mineral buildup, we can test your water and help determine what your home actually needs — without trying to sell you equipment you don’t.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another 5-Star Review!

There’s nothing better than hearing that one of our customers had a great experience with our team.

Russell and Christian were able to get this customer taken care of quickly, including installing a new main water shutoff, new shower faucet, and new piping.

We take a lot of pride in doing quality work, treating your home with respect, and making plumbing repairs as simple and stress-free as possible.

One year ago, Christian took a chance on us, and we took a chance on him. Looking back today, we’re incredibly thankful that God brought him to A Drop Above Plumbing.

When Christian first came to us, he was stepping into a trade with a lot to learn. Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of training him, working alongside him, and watching him grow—not only in plumbing, but as a person.

Some of you have already had the opportunity to meet Christian, and some of you will meet him in the future. One thing you’ll quickly learn about him is that he is a hard worker.

Christian isn’t afraid to crawl into tight spaces, get dirty, or do whatever it takes to help get the job done and serve our community well.

Our customers love having him in their homes. He is reliable, personable, caring, and an incredible team player. But what we appreciate most is his heart for people. When Christian serves you, he serves with his whole heart—and you can be assured that he is praying for you and your family as well.

Christian, thank you for your first year of hard work and service to A Drop Above Plumbing and to the families we serve.

We’re thankful to have you as part of our team, and we’re excited to continue watching you learn, grow, and become the man and plumber God has called you to be.

Happy one-year anniversary, Christian!

There’s something satisfying about being able to help a customer finally get a whole list of plumbing projects taken care of. 🔧💧

This Rockford customer had several things around his home that needed attention, and instead of having to worry about each one separately, we were able to come in and get it all handled for him.

We replaced the water meter valves, installed his customer-supplied water softener, installed a new kitchen sink, replaced shut-off valves, and repiped some drain lines.

We really enjoy projects like this. It’s not just about fixing plumbing—it’s about taking things off our customers’ plates and giving them one less thing to worry about.

We appreciate every customer who trusts us with their home, and we never take that trust for granted.

Another project wrapped up in Rockford! ✅
