We recently had the opportunity to work with Dave at United Restoration. The level of service and good old fashioned care and professionalism he provided compelled us to leave this review.
Dave went above and beyond and is a rare find! Dave and his team were responsive, professional, and genuinely reassuring during a stressful situation. Dave took the time to listen and patiently answer all of our questions. His team arrived quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained every step of the process in a clear and transparent way. They used advanced equipment to remove water, dry the affected areas, and prevent any further damage or mold growth - a major concern. Throughout the entire process, they kept everything clean and organized, treating our home with great care and respect.
What stood out most was their depth of knowledge and expertise, and especially, Dave’s genuineness and customer care.
