Main stack moved to back wall for future basement Finnish. Unconventional but bathroom changed from a stack vent to a 4” wet vent system. Have a future vent coming off laundry line for future bathroom.

New drain and tub valve install for new customer. Old tub valve and shut offs were leaking so we went with new everything.

Customer needed new washing machine valves for new install. Last plumber didn’t leave much room out of the wall for new connections. Always leave an extra couple inches for future fixes.

Much needed upgrade on service line and meter for customer in North Reading. Town came out and adapted to old iron pipe from road. Then I got rid of shark bite city connecting to meter.

One inch back flow for a customer in Lowell. She requested a deduction meter in basement. Waiting on inspection for new meter to be installed.

Customer had a bad hydrostat board causing short cycling. Swapped in with new board and well plunger. Running smoothly now
